Shipping & Return 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days after an order has been placed to ship. Shipping days will be Monday through Friday. Create the Flavor is not responsible if an incorrect address is given and shipped. If you believe that an error was made while processing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at chanised@createtheflavor.co to correct the error. Once items are shipped the buyer is responsible for replacement of items. There will be an additional shipping charge for orders returned due to wrong address given at the time of purchase. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will not be accepted. If there is an error with your order, i.e receiving the wrong products, please contact us within 48 of receiving your order. The correct product will be shipped immediately at no cost to you.
